Order Processing & Delivery We do our best to get every order shipped as soon as possible; typically, orders will ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. All bikes ship via FedEx Ground in a secure box and come 85% assembled.

Our Commitment to Quality To maintain our high standards, we limit the number of bikes we package and ship daily. This ensures each order is handled with precision, securely packaged, and arrives in excellent condition.

Transit Times & Tracking Transit times and shipping costs vary by location. Standard FedEx Ground rates apply, and you will see the final shipping cost before finalizing your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a FedEx or USPS tracking number. For the most accurate delivery estimate, please refer to the tracking updates provided directly by the carrier.
