Please print out Return Merchandise Form, fill out thoroughly and include in box with item(s) being returned so we can process your return as efficiently as possible.

30 Day Return Policy
Products can be returned up to 30 days after receiving them, after 30 days no product is eligible for return. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost for any item(s) they wish to return. The customer can choose the shipping carrier to mail back their return unless they would like Firmstrong Bike Co to schedule a pick-up of their items to be returned. (Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like us to schedule a pick-up of your return.) We are not liable for merchandise that does not reach our return department. Every return must include your Order ID or Order Number, Last Name, Item Being Return, and the Reason for the Return. When we receive the items, the customer will be credited the original cost of the item plus any tax. The original shipping cost for the order will not be refunded. Returns are also subject to additional fees, please see below for more information. We will notify you via e-mail of your exchange status once we have received and processed the item to be returned.
For all bicycle returns the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of the bicycle, including packaging and shipping costs. All unopened bicycle returns that are sent back to us and received in mint condition will not be subject to any restocking fees. However, any unopened bicycle that is returned and is damaged may be subjected up to a 50% restocking fee. The customer will be credited the price they paid for the bicycle(s) minus any applied restocking fees. For all opened bicycle return(s) that have been assembled and then disassembled and repacked, the customer is responsible for the return shipping plus any packaging materials that may be necessary to repack the bike. In addition, the returned bicycle(s) may be subject up to a 50% restocking fee if the bicycle is damaged or shows wear and tear. Customer will be credited the price they paid for the bicycle(s) minus any applied restocking fees.
Any bicycle returned is subject to up a 20% restocking fee. All originally included items from the order must accompany the returned bicycles, which includes the pedals, seat, seatport, and all other originally included parts.
We process our exchanges as new orders. In order to make an exchange, follow the steps of returning an item. Once we receive the item and credit your account accordingly, simply place a new order online or by phone, for the item you wanted to exchange for.
