The Firmstrong CA-520 7-Speed takes the classic cruiser experience and reimagines it for modern performance. While it retains the iconic, high-arching aluminum frame that Firmstrong is known for, the 7-speed drivetrain and handbrakes make this bike significantly more versatile than a standard model. It is particularly well-suited for riders who want to tackle hills or enjoy long-distance treks without sacrificing the relaxed, laid-back feel of a beach cruiser. Optimized with a specialized "Foot-Forward" frame geometry, the CA-520 provides a balanced and spacious fit for most men from 5’4” up to 6’2” tall.

The Innovation of Forward Pedaling What sets the CA-520 apart is its ergonomic frame design, similar to our AnyJourney series. Unlike typical bicycles where the pedals sit directly below your hips, the pedals on the CA-520 are moved forward, allowing you to ride with your feet positioned comfortably in front of you. This creates a more stretched-out, low-gravity feel that allows the seat to be positioned lower to the ground while still providing full leg extension. For taller riders, this design is a game-changer, providing the necessary legroom to prevent a cramped riding position and allowing for a "feet-on-ground" stance when stopped.

Precision Shimano 7-Speed Performance At the core of the CA-520 7-Speed is the Shimano gear system, widely considered the best seven-speed option for a cruiser. This system uses a derailleur to move the chain smoothly between sprockets as you shift using the intuitive RevoShift. Gear one offers minimal resistance, making it ideal for managing inclines or maintaining a steady, slow pace. Gear seven provides the maximum resistance needed for high-speed cruising and coasting downhill.
