Nature’s VIP Seat: A Special Visitor on Anna Maria Island

Recently, we received a photo from one of our riders, Russell, that perfectly illustrates this connection.

A Moment of Zen in Florida

While exploring the scenic trails of Anna Maria Island, Florida, Russell captured an incredible sight. It seems he wasn’t the only one who appreciated the design of his matte black Firmstrong Urban. A local Night Heron decided to fly down and claim a front-row seat right on the tire!

There’s something poetic about this interaction. It’s a reminder that when we choose to slow down and cruise at our own pace, nature often comes to meet us.

Why the Urban?

The bike featured in the photo is our fan-favorite Urban cruiser. Known for its clean lines and "stealth" aesthetic, it’s the perfect companion for coastal environments. Whether you’re riding past the mangroves or parking by the pier for a sunset view, the Urban is built to look great without trying too hard. Apparently, even the local wildlife agrees that it’s the best place to hang out!
